Yes, once we develop good flexibility, muscular strength, power and correct running technique your stride length and frequency will increase.
Where do training sessions take place?
Training sessions take place at Riverview, Metairie/Pontiff Playground, Tad Gormley, Muss Bertolino and other local venues throughout the New Orleans Metro area.
Should I maintain some form of speed training all year?
Yes. If you maintain some form of speed training throughout the year, your muscles and nervous system do not loose the feel of moving fast and your brain will not have to re-learn the proper control patterns at a later date.
